Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and my clients, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. This policy is firm and applies in all circumstances. While I understand that illness and unexpected situations can arise, they do not exempt the cancellation fee.
Rescheduling fees may also apply if adequate notice is not provided.
